Free calls are available from JAJAH.Web, to JAJAH customers as it pertains to the JAJAH Free Global Calling Program is governed by the Fair Use Policy, to users in good standing (paying users). A user in good standing is defined as someone who made a deposit to their JAJAH account in a 6 week period. Inactive users will not have access to the benefits of the JAJAH Free Global Calling Program.
Free calls are our way to thank you for choosing JAJAH. JAJAH’s low cost per minute rates apply to all calls using JAJAH.Direct, JAJAH.Mobile Web, JAJAH.Mobile Plugins, JAJAH.Buttons and JAJAH iPhone Application and all other JAJAH products.

JAJAH Free Global Calling Zone allows for free calls between members under the
JAJAH Fair Use Policy
for JAJAH.Web calls. In Group A, free member to member calls are available for mobile and landline phones. In Group B, free member to member calls are available for landline calls only. For all other countries, JAJAH’s low calling rates apply.
Group A (Landline and Mobile)

Group B (Landline only)

Fair Use Policy
The JAJAH “Fair Use “ policy simply asks all our users to “play fair” and behave in a manner that best serves the greater calling community.
We ask that, subject to the above, our users stay within the free calling limit. This amount varies from country to country. Please contact JAJAH customer support for more details. If we determine that over time, someone’s behavior does not favor the overall community, we’ll simply ask they not use the free service. If a single user continues to behave in a way that does not favor the community, we simply ask them to leave the service.
About JAJAH Rates
Applicable rates are displayed during the call and may vary depending on the operator. We wish it was easier! This cost changes because we are constantly working to give you the best call quality.
For users from the EU: all prices are listed without 15% VAT.
Effective March 18, 2008 we updated our rates to reflect changes in currency values.
Rate comparisons are based on JAJAH surveys of typical call costs as of February 1st 2007. Data was gathered from publicly available websites of representative carriers in the specific countries. Savings for the JAJAH community worldwide is calculated using typical JAJAH savings in major countries.
JAJAH may bill you for the first minute of calls that cannot be completed at our low rates.
