JAJAH asks me to pay. What will happen if I won't?

You need to have funds in your account to make calls.
To avoid running out of funds, you can use Auto-Topup when you pay with a credit card. This is how it works: when the balance in your account reaches a certain amount, which you define, funds will automatically be added to your account using your credit card. This way you never run out of money in your account and you can continue to make JAJAH calls.
If you don't pay, you won't be able to keep using JAJAH. Note that creating a new account with a new email address won't work, since JAJAH won't allow anymore calls from the same phone number.

Is payment to JAJAH secured?

Yes. JAJAH has deployed the latest SSL technology to make certain your transactions are secured.

Credit Card transactions are being processed by Bibit. What is this?

JAJAH uses Bibit Global Payment Services for your online transfer. Safety is first with this payment solution. This system is very reliable and is used by companies such as Yahoo!, Dell, NEC, etc. All the transactions made using this payment method are done through a highly secure connection. All major credit cards are accepted as well as SET for VISA and MasterCards.
Bibit will appear on your credit card statement, as Bibit is collecting the money for JAJAH. The usual procedure is that a payment first gets authorized. This means that the financial institution validates the payment, and in the case of a credit card payment, 'reserves' the amount for JAJAH and deducts it from your spending limit. If you have any further questions, take a look at the Bibit website: www.bibit.com or Get in touch

When I try to pay with my credit card, I get an error message saying "payment failed." Why?

This error message indicates that the credit card number you have typed was incorrect. Please double check the number, the security code (CVC code), the expiration date on the card and your billing address before you try again.

I tried to pay with my credit card, but my account got locked immediately after. Why?

There could be several reasons why your account has been locked and the transaction was canceled. Your credit card company might suspect fraud, you might have typed in an incorrect security code, or the billing address might be incorrect. If your account was locked, please get in touch and we will take a closer look into the matter.
