What is a JAJAH Business Account?
A JAJAH Business Account lets companies configure, manage and monitor multiple JAJAH users. From within the JAJAH Business Account, it allows a single administrator to invite or remove members, set individual member credit limits, get monthly reports and increases the total account credit.
How do I apply for a JAJAH Business Account?
To apply for a business account, visit the
JAJAH Business
page, and fill in the application form.
How do I log in to my Business Account?
You log in to your business account the same way you normally log into JAJAH. From the login page,
http://www.jajah.com/login.aspx, enter your email address and password. After you have successfully logged in, you will notice an additional link titled “JAJAH Business” on the upper part of the JAJAH window. Click it to reach the JAJAH Business administrator panel.
How do I add more people to my Business account?
After you log into your account, click the “JAJAH Business” link on the upper part of the JAJAH window; click the “Corporate JAJAH Users” option, and “add users.” In the “add user” window, enter the details of the users you would like to add, determine their monthly credit limit and click “add users”. The user whose address you entered will receive an invitation to join the business account. The user must then click the link in that email in order to complete the procedure.
What is the difference between the credit limit I give to my members and the credit limit I have for my account?
The limit you grant a member of your business account is a monthly limit. This means that if you set the limit for one member at $10, this member will be able to make $10 worth of calls each month. The system administrator needs to assure there are sufficient funds in the business account. You need to have funds in the business account to avoid interrupting service to the entire team.
Is there a limit to how many members I can have in my business account?
No. You can add as many members as you like.
I already have a JAJAH account. Can I access my JAJAH Business Account from the same application window?
Yes, after you’ve opened a JAJAH Business Account, you will see an additional link in the upper part of the JAJAH window titled “JAJAH Business.”
We have one telephone number for our entire office. Can we still have a JAJAH Business Account?
Yes. JAJAH does not allow the same number to be used on more than one account, but JAJAH business customers can share a single number.
How can I remove a person from my Business Account?
After you log into your account, click the “JAJAH Business” link on the upper part of the JAJAH window; from the left navigation box, click the “Corporate JAJAH Users” option, and “Manage Users.” Check the box next to the name of the user you would like to remove from the business account and click the “delete” link. Note that this will not delete the JAJAH account itself, it only removes it from the business account.
Do the people I want to add to the business account need to already have a JAJAH account?
No. If you send an invitation to a user who is not already a JAJAH user, a new account will be automatically set up for them, and the user will receive an email asking them to activate the account.
Can I have my limit increased?

and we will review it in a timely manner.
How can I change a single users credit limit?
After you log in to your account, click the “JAJAH Business” link on the upper part of the JAJAH window; from the left navigation box, click the “Corporate JAJAH Users” option, and “Manage Users.” Now click the name of the person that you would like to adjust the call limit for, click the “edit” link, change the limit and click the “save” link.
How do I pay for the JAJAH Business account?
Payment to the JAJAH Business is the same as it is for any other JAJAH account. After you log into your account, click the “JAJAH Business” link and then the “Payments” link from the left navigation bar.
How do the members in my JAJAH Business account pay for their calls?
Members of your business account do not have to worry about paying. Their only limitations are the credit limit that was set by the administrator and the overall corporate credit.
How much does a JAJAH Business Account Cost. I notice many JAJAH calls are free to individual users. Are those calls also free using a JAJAH Business Account?
The Business Account itself is free. There is no subscription fee, no monthly fee no binding contracts and no need for new hardware. All calls made on a business account are paid calls.
What is a utility bill?
It is a bill or invoice issued to you by a company. This can be a bill
from your telephone or Internet provider, or something similar.
We accept utility bills in any language. Please send it via fax to +1

Please make sure, that the utility bill is the copy of an original, and
that the name and address of the issuing company is included.
Unfortunately we cannot accept computer files (PDF or DOC).
JAJAH approved our business account credit. However, there is no
credit in my account.
You might need to re-set your personal account's limit within the
business account. To do so, click the "Business Account" link in the
main JAJAH window -> Manage Users -> Edit Users -> click your name ->
set the limit to a higher number and click the SAVE button.
Can I add people that already have a personal JAJAH account?
Please contact the JAJAH support with the e-mail address of the account
administrator and the e-mail addresses of the users you would like to add.
