Do I need HTML programming skills?
Not really. Jajah will generate the HTML code for you (according to where you wish to place the button).
How do I remove the JAJAH Button?
Simply delete the HTML code.
Can I place more than one JAJAH Button?
Yes. Every new JAJAH Button gets a new HTML Code for you to copy and paste wherever you want it.
Can I block certain numbers from calling me?
Yes you can. You can, of course, unblock the number at a later stage
Can I reject individual calls?
Yes you can. When you pick up the phone, you have the option to either accept, reject or block the caller.
Can I change the design?
Yes. The colors and size of the button are easily customizable.
How do I pay? Who actually pays for the call?
Creating and setting up the buttons is completely free! The calls are paid for by the owner of the JAJAH Buttons. There is, however, always the option to reject or even block a caller.
What if the person trying to call me is not registered with JAJAH?
Callers who try to get in touch with you through your JAJAH Button do not have to be registered with JAJAH. They do, however, get an invitation to register at the end of the call.
When is a call free?
If the caller is registered with JAJAH and the conditions for free calling apply, the call is free.
Does the computer remember that I am logged in?
Yes. It might depend on your "Cookies" settings, however.
Where can I use JAJAH Buttons?
Wherever you can embed an HTML code. Your website, your blog, your MySpace profile and other social profiles, your e-mail signature.
What happens if I can't answer a JAJAH Button call?
The caller gets invited to send you a short message (max. 160
characters). You will get an email reminder about the missed call and
the pending message. You can then read the caller's message in your
JAJAH ME tab.
