Why do you need my birthdate?
We ask for this information so that we can match you with the advertisements that best suit your age group.
How much will be refunded to me?
JAJAH shares with you a percentage of the revenue it receives from the advertisers.
When will I get my refund?
You will be receiving your refund at the end of each month.
How will I get my refund?
Your refund will be credited to your JAJAH account.
How can I change my profile?
To change your profile, simply log into your account, click on “My Account”, and then click on “Update Profile”.
Will I get any SPAM?
You should not receive any SPAM as the information you provide will not be forwarded to any other third party. It's used only for anonymous matching purposes.
How do I opt-out from hearing advertisements?
To no longer hear advertisements, simply log into your account, click on “My Account”, and then on “Deactivate”. If you later decide to hear advertisements again, go to “My Account” and click on, “Activate Now”.
