Why do I have to register?
You can use JAJAH for free for the first five minutes without registering, if you wish to continue enjoy saving and using JAJAH's products JAJAH you will have to register. It will help you make calls (including limited free calls to other registered members with JAJAH.Web), give you access to your call history, payment history, etc. Registration is quick and easy and takes less than five minutes. When completing registration, you will have a username and a password with which you will be able to use to log-into your JAJAH account.
Where can I register?
You can register an account directly from your web browser using in this address www.jajah.com/registration. You can also register by phone by dialing the local JAJAH access number. Registration requires you name and your credit card information.
Why do you need my email address?
During the registration process, you will be asked for your email address, where a confirmation code will be sent. This confirmation code is necessary in order to complete the registration. Your email address also serves as your JAJAH username, which you use to login with and use in case you forgot your password or wish to contact the JAJAH support team. Note that JAJAH will never sell or share your email address with a third party.
I want to add or change my phone numbers in JAJAH WEB. How can I do that?
JAJAH allows you to make a limited number of changes to your source numbers. To change your source number, please log into your JAJAH account, and click the "my account" link, change the number you want and click the "save changes" button on the bottom of the window. If you can't change the number, it means you have reached the number of allowed changes. If you still want to make changes, please email a detailed request to the support team at support@jajah.com and we will assist you in a timely manner. Please note that you will not be able to change your number to a number that was already registered with JAJAH
When I try to log-in I get a message "login failed"
Please make sure that you are using the correct username and password. Your username is the email address, and the password is case sensitive (e.g. a lower-case "h" and an upper-case "H" are different).
When I register, I get an error message "This e-mail address is already registered."
It is only possible to register one user per email address. Please choose a different email address. Note that a valid email address is necessary in order to complete the registration process.
I forgot my password, what can I do?

I registered but have not received a confirmation email. What can I do?
Please click "Resend activation e-mail" on the JAJAH Login page.
Please be sure that your spam filter did not erroneously identify the mail as spam and deleted it.
Can I add a source number that is not in the country where I am located?
