How to use JAJAH Conference Calls

With JAJAH’s powerful conference call feature, you can schedule and initiate cheap conference calls by completing an easy-to-use online setup form. There are no call-in numbers or passwords and only the call organizer pays for the call. When you use JAJAH for conference calls, JAJAH will call all the participants so you’ll never miss a conference call again.
How To Set Up a Conference Call With JAJAH:
- Log into your existing JAJAH account and select your phone number from which you wish to call.
- Click the “Set up conference call” button.
- Type in the number(s) of the conference call participants or click on
their numbers in your JAJAH address book. Click on “Add participant to conference” to enter additional destination numbers; conference calls support up to 10 people.
- When you have added all the participants, click the green “Call” button to initiate your conference call.
- If you wish to schedule the call at a later date, just click on the “Schedule this call” button and set the date and time of your call by clicking on the “Set” button.
- After you have selected “Call” to immediately start the conference, pick up your phone and you will hear an automated voice giving you the choice to accept the conference call (press “1”) or reject the call (press “0”). Once this process is completed, each conference call participant will receive a call and hear the conference call subject. They can then choose whether to accept or decline the call. If a participant’s phone is busy or there is no answer, JAJAH will retry to call a few times.
- To preset a conference call group, please visit “My groups” and add the group name and the intended call participants. This allows you to initiate a conference call with your preset groups easily with just one click.
